User Agreement

By purchasing the services offered by Speak English you agree to the following conditions:

• You, the user, are responsible for ensuring your equipment meets the needs explained in the How it Works page of this site.

• You are responsible for testing your equipment and its compatibility with Skype before ordering a session to ensure everything will function properly when the time for your Speak English session arrives.

• We cannot be responsible for any technical difficulties on your end of the communication.

• You may not discuss topics that are sexual, about illegal activity, or offensive in any way.

• The use of inappropriate or offensive language is not permitted. Inappropriate or offensive language includes, but is not limited to, any language that is sexually oriented, harassing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or that contains racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable material of any kind.

• Session times changes are not permitted. Once you have chosen a time and purchased a session it is your responsibility to be available at that time for your Speak English session.
